1. Services Provided
Easy Breeze Clean offers residential, commercial, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and specialized cleaning services. Service availability may vary by location and schedule.
2. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes are based on the information provided by the client (property size, condition, type of service).
Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from the information provided.
Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out, and Post-Construction Cleanings are billed at flat rates; hourly cleaning is available only for standard/basic services.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.
Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate information regarding the property and cleaning needs.
The client is responsible for granting access to the property at the scheduled time.
Easy Breeze Clean is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible properties or incorrect information.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept major credit/debit cards, Zelle, PayPal, and other methods as indicated on our website.
Unpaid balances may result in suspension of services until resolved.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.
7. Liability and Limitations
Easy Breeze Clean is insured and will handle damages caused by negligence on our part.
We are not responsible for items not disclosed as fragile, pre-existing damages, or wear and tear.
We do not move heavy furniture, electronics, or handle hazardous materials.
8. Privacy

9. Modifications
